"I phoned up on 5th June to change the pick up location as we had changed hotels. However, the driver wasn't passed this information. When he didn't arrive at the specified time, I phoned to check where he was and he was at the original address, so technically he wasn't late. He arrived at our new accommodation around 15 minutes later. After that the journey was fine and we got to the airport in time."
